Headunit doesn't work. Touch functions on left hand side of screen don't respond
the car was super clean and ran perfectly however whoever owns the car and drives it regularly is a heavy smoker. it was nauseating. I would not have booked this car if I knew there would be a musty smell of cigarettes. the radio didn't work either. but it was very nice and clean inside. there was also less than a quarter tank of fuel
Hi Casey, Sorry to hear about this. I just want to make it clear that we absolutely DO NOT SMOKE in our cars. We do not even drive our cars. They are only rented out on the Uber Carshare platform. We will investigate to see if we can find out who has caused this. But it wasn't us and we are sorry you had to experience this. Thank you for the feedback.
