Hi there! Thank you so much for borrowing my car. It is frustrating for both a borrower and me as the owner when people get to my car and the previous borrower has not left it clean or with at least 1/4 of a tank of fuel as this is the rules of borrowing the cars. I am disappointed I received a thumbs down for my car when the issues you had with the car are due to the previous borrower not being respectful of my car or the next borrower. In future do you know if you get to a car with less than 1/4 tank of fuel you can take a photo of the fuel on the dashboard upload it to your trip before you go anywhere and you will receive a $15 credit to your account for the inconvenience. I apologise the car was not clean, it gets detailed once a month inside and out, so I rely on the borrowers to respectfully leave it free of rubbish, and if they get it dirty on the inside to sweep or vacuum it before they return the car.
