Nice car, easy to drive
owner changed the description of the car from "pet friendly" to "not pet friendly" AFTER we had booked the car, then the owner tries to charge us for a cleaning fee for pet hair in the car. we had specifically booked this car as it was the closest hybrid to our address that was listed as pet friendly, and we have used this for vet visits in the past. very disappointing, and would not recommend or trust dealing with this car owner for any matters in the future.
Borrower responsibility is to return the car as clean as when picked up - not with pet hair all over the car. It took very long time to clean out all the pet hair and hence the cleaning fee and changing to NOT pet friendly. We were fine with pets being transported assuming owners clean after themselves.
