Pros - friendly owner and car was clean Cons - unfortunately there are several issues with this car. Doors need to be manually and individually locked as the key doesn’t work, rear wiper needs replacing, steering wheel is heavy, driver dashboard indicator lights come on for no reason, car needs servicing according to dashboard, heating does not work properly as cold air blows from some vents, lots of radio buttons unreadable and worn out. I have rented this car previously and made the owner aware of the issues but sad to see it is now in a worse state.

I respect the costomer’s complaints because always costomers first. I been bmw Mechenic yesterday but He Said everything fine in car,Bhavin so sorry for any inconvenience I will visit other Mechenic aswell Best Regards
