Car was very dirty interior & exterior both rest mechanically everything went smooth just need new shockers in front

Car wasn’t clean on pickup - dusty seats and dash, dirty mats, toilet paper and used tissues in glovebox. Rear seatbelts wouldn’t retract (dangerous for extra passengers), various buttons and fixtures were broken. Needs a tidy and some minor repairs to be leased, even cheaply. I was concerned that I would be blamed for damage that wasn’t made known until well into my lease period. I also noticed clunking noises when car was reversed or over minor speed bumps, not sure what the issue could be.
