CAR GOT CLAMPED FOR UNPAID FINES JULIE IS UNRESPONSIVE AND IS SUOER DOGDY, UBER TOLD ME THEY WOULD CANCEL TRIP AT NO COST AS I HAD THE CAR FOR LESS THEN 12 HOURS HOEVER THEY STILL CHARGED ME

Hi Austin, I’m so sorry for this incredible inconvenience! The fines are generated through borrowers on the platform and I wasn’t receiving any of them and wasn’t aware. We were in contact so I’m not sure why this message I am a very responsive and credible car owner. I understand it was very annoying for you. A complete surprise for me to have my car clamped and towed I can assure you! Please let me know if I can help resolve the car payment with Uber, apologies again.
