Hi Elliot Thank you so much for my Thumbs up review especially when the last borrower has left it dirty for you, so frustrating! I pride myself on a great experience and I have my car detailed once a month inside & out, so I rely on borrowers to be respectful and leave it clean. If you do get the inside of someone's car dirty you would think you would give it a quick vacuum out before returning it for the next borrower. I appreciate you don't penalise me with a thumbs down when I don't get to control how the borrowers leave my car. Cheers Pete

Hi Nicholas, I am so sorry for your bad experience! It is so frustrating when people don't respect my car and leave it clean as I have my car detailed inside and out every month, so I rely on borrowers leaving it clean after themselves or giving it a quick vacuum before they return it if they got it dirty! In regard to the fuel, that is also so frustrating! It is a rule in Uber that you return the car with at least 1/4 tank of fuel for the next person. In future are you aware if you get to the car and someone has left it with not enough fuel you can upload a picture of the fuel before you start driving and Uber will credit you back $15 for the inconvenience. Also, if you upload photos of the car being dirty into your trip, we can hold the person responsible for leaving it dirty to try and ensure more borrowers treat the cars with more respect in future, allowing you the best experience of borrowing a share car in the future and me not being penalised with a bad review because someone else has not looked after my car.
