Good solid car

First to start of, we arrived to the pick up place and the keys weren't inside the lockbox, we needed to call customer service, then the owner was called and a kid came and gave us the keys after waiting instead the owner coming to give an explanation. The car had food left overs in the drivers seat along with empty coffee cup and Coke bottle on the back seat. The car itself is ok but not presentable for a car-sharing service.
