The last person to use the car left a strong body odour and rubbish in the back but the car was easy to use, worked perfectly and the pick up/ return was easy

This is my worse experience with car next door. Car is not starting from the time I took the car, everytime need to jam start the car. The owner said is only 1 time need to jam start after that everything will be fine but next day morning is not starting as well. I had made a complaint with car next door but is totally useless because the guy who answered my call not helpful at all and he don’t understand my situation.every time I stop the car I need to jam start and is terrible for me because I need to ask people around me to help. This is the worse day for me. I would like to ask refund from car next door .

Hi Tatiana, I'm sorry about the inconvenience and your overall experience. The car was rarely used in the last few months due to lockdown hence the need to be jump started. We will be checking with a mechanic to ensure there are no other issues so that this does not happen again. I apologise again for the trouble this has caused you.
