There were a few issues with the key box. We contacted Car Next Door who rang Mina for us and they were there in five minutes with a spare key. Due to the delay we were late getting the car back. Mina had messaged me where to leave the key and I said we would be late. She was fine with that. The van was clean and in good condition. This was my first Car Next Door. All in all it was a really positive experience. I’d get the van again.
