car wasn't really clean but bareable condition. AC wasn't working at all. so i have to drive with windows open all the time. it was okay during the morning or night but during day was really bad to drive due to heat. also, pick up and drop the key off was very inconvenient due to her working time, need to go all the way to her office to pick up the key and go to her place to get the car, this was cost more money due to taking uber or other transportation and of course same way to drop the key off. When i went to drop the key off I messaged her before leave the car, 5mint before arrival but there was no contact from her and had to wait for her to contact me at outside of her office building for a while, called her several times and messaged. couldn't reach her at all so i have to leave the key at other businesses office and messaged her to collect from there. it would be good if you have lockbox for that.

Car was on empty. Hadn’t been vacuumed. Generally an old car with lots of scratches and dents- overall condition poor. Nice lady but changed pick up time at last minute which was quite inconvenient.

Apologies that I didn't have time to clean or fuel the car as I only saw the booking at 1am. I did not change pick up time, I only notified the customer that I had to leave early for work.
