This was the worst experience I have ever had with Uber carshare/car next door. From the moment I entered the car I was met with a fowl odour. The car was filthy throughout including a used mask left on the floor, a used straw on the drivers mat, an old mars bar rapper on the drivers pouch, stains on the front seats, and leaves and dirt all through the car including the boot. Niether the side left or right sliding doors opened and the rear door does not close properly. The engine shudders when changing gears and makes a thumbing sound when driving. The fuel button to release the fuel cap was broken, and thus unable to be refilled with fuel when at the service station. Please note that there was less than 1/4 fuel when we started the trip from the previous user. This is honestly the the worst experience I have ever had with a hire car and I will be escalating this as this is unacceptable.
