The owner didn’t leave the key/lockbox out for me and wouldn’t answer any calls or text messages. I had to contact customer service and have them cance the trip. An absolute waste of time.

Car was over 1-2km away from where it was meant to be. Took 20 mins to walk there to find no key box on the car. Complete waste of time and had to cancel the whole reason I had for booking the car.
