Good clean car, easy communication with owner
We had to cancel our booking while waiting for 40 minutes on the spot… Our flight has been delayed by almost 7 hours. When we landed , we went to the pick up point to get the keys : it costs 50$ and then, no one answered despite text and phone call. We have been send 25 km away from the airport and we waited outside with 2 kids under 5 years old .. Fora your information , we had to book another taxi ( difficult to find one …) , pay 60$ this time and book another car 20 Km away again . Car next door offered us 10 $ in a form of a voucher … joke.
John you booked the car for 12 pickup. I waited for you for 40 mintues and then I called you. You advised me your flight was delayed. You never called me back and instead showed up at 7pm on a saturday night expecting your car. I was not around. You then abused the carnextdoor staff and sent me a few rude messages. Next time communicate a little better.
