Two-way feedback

At the end of each trip, borrowers and owners can review the experience. You can see these reviews on the car’s profile or member’s profile.

We monitor feedback from owners and borrowers, taking appropriate action if behavior doesn’t comply with our Terms of Use.

All trip payments are securely processed using your Uber Wallet. No need to re-enter payment details.

Borrowing a car

Car owners are responsible for keeping their cars registered, maintained and roadworthy. Borrowers are responsible for any damage or loss to the car that happens during their trip, with all trips including insurance and vehicle protection.
